Bowtie Pasta Salad with Corn, Cucumber & Oranges {Your Way}

Cooking is a creative process. It wouldn't be called the Culinary Arts if it weren't, no? This art is not for the select few, like the the graduates of the Culinary Institute of Arts or Le Cordon Bleu. Food is for everyone. Everyone eats it. Everyone can get fat from it. Why can't everyone cook it well, if they try and are given the right tools? The Your Way posts, like the one here are a way for me to prompt you to explore you culinary creativity in
an economical and healthy way. The ingredients are here for you. I know the combination is good tasting, and so do the others that I've had the pleasure of sharing this dish. This Labor Day weekend (of you American readers), while you may be grilling your brats, burgers, and vegetables, try this salad. It's all here for you, it's just awaiting your special touch, and maybe even your added ingredients.

Bowtie Pasta
Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans
Red Onion

Might I suggest a nice Red Wine, Champagne, or Strawberry Vinaigrette as a topper to this salad. Or even better, tell me what you think might go well with this? If you don't know (which is not you) or you don't want to say because you're timid (which is not you either)....

Repeat after me, 10 times..."I am a culinary master."
