Onion Mushroom Pizza {Semi-Homemade a Homage to Sandra Lee}

Last night was the Night before camp supper for Steph. As suspected, like most young people & adults young at heart...there was much to do at the last minute. Making life a little easier was on the agenda for us. This called for a pizza night. Specifically an, Onion Mushroom Pizza night without the associated cost. Here's the easy how...

Onion Mushroom Pizza {Semi-Homemade a Homage to Sandra Lee}

1 large Cheese Pizza
8 ounces sliced Mushrooms
1 Yellow Onion, Sliced in Rounds
Olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper {optional}
Garlic Powder {optional}

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Be sure to rinse your mushrooms. In the palm of your hand place some oil and smear the mushrooms with the oil. Do the same with the onion. This prevents the mushrooms and onion from getting crisp/burnt instead of tastefully cooked while baking.

Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the pizza from the oven. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Cut the pizza into slices. Add the red pepper and/or garlic powder to your taste. Feast immediately!
