Design-It-Yourself {DIY} Life: No Sew Fringe Scarf

I don't know where you are now, but it's cold here. It was 7 degrees when we went to church this morning. Then by the time we got there, it was 3 degrees. How is that possible? In my opinion there are two musts on cold days: warm clothing & crafts. I love this craft because it's no sew (an old goody from the Martha Stewart magazine). Handmade. People think that you spent a lot time making it. But that's not true. I don't think there is anything better then being able to pick your own color & fabric that will fit your style & your cold weather needs perfectly! This is how easy this scarf is...

Materials: seam ripper & length of wool that is 18 inches by 48 inches with a loose weave.
How-To: With the assistance of the seam ripper carefully pull the individual threads from the edges around the entire piece of fabric until you have an 1 inch to a 1 1/2 inch border.
That's it!! Easy!
